WHAT DOES IT MEAN?
It's not just a slogan
This is our approach to the products we make, our daily work, the selection of ingredients, recipes, and methods of production. We do not rely on ready-made components in the production of cakes, tortes, or ice cream. We make creams, jams, chocolate mousses, and all cakes ourselves.
Our family history in the industry began in 1910 with great-grandfather Jan, who had his own windmill. In 1927, grandfather Henryk started baking. These industry traditions have been continuously carried on to this day by their grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
OUR HISTORY
For many years, we have been guests at industry fairs - both domestic and international. We invite masters of confectionery and bakery to our company to exchange their experiences in the field of classic, traditional confectionery and bakery.
OUR LEGACY
In 2017 and 2018, we were invited, as one of the few Polish ice cream parlors, to participate in the competition for the best ice cream flavor. Our favorites are: 'Pistachio with cardamom' and 'Vanilla with meringue'.
